This trailer needs a refresh. Lots of battle scars from use and the sealant starting to separate between the fenders and the trailer. The decals are also starting to peel. It is certainly road worthy...just showing its age (like many of us!).

This was my first rental experience with uhaul. The place I rented from in Grayling were incredibly helpful and thorough. They even warned us about the upcoming blizzard/storm to make sure I was aware. I will rent from them again!

When we arrived the previous renters were late returning the equipment. The worker went above and beyond to try and get them to return the equipment immediately, even offering to drive to their home and help them hook the trailer up. We were briefly inconvenienced at NO fault of the store nor uhaul, and we would definitely rent from here again due to the wonderful customer service received!

The man at the facility was very helpful! We couldn't find the sleeve for the hitch. He was quick with multiple locations we could go to to remedy our situation. No rush for return to pick up the trailer. Very positive experience

First thing employee said was "did you take my lock?" Then after pulling up rental agreement stated, "you're returning the truck early--you know you don't get a refund."

I dropped off after hours, so have no info about this location other than the signage was clear and the location was convenient. But as for the after hours drop off, I feel like u-haul owes me a paycheck. The app instructions had me doing their employees job.

Store was a little creepy. Had a bunch of WWII memorabilia. A lot of Nazi stuff. The store manager took my ID and went into a back room for longer than I felt comfortable with. I hate to imagine what else my ID was being used for

We had issues with the rental. We had to add oil and truck was experiencing oil pressure problems. It has just over 31,000 miles but appears to have rear end problems too. We are looking for reimbursement for oil and mechanical issues.

This was a disaster all the way around! Not just with this pick-up location. 3 pcs of equipment that I had to pick up at 3 different locations....reserved them all at one location. This 26-foot truck was completely on Empty...no fuel at all. Had to go back inside to ask for the utility dolly that should have been in the truck. Not great customer service at all. This was by far our worst experience with Uhaul and we have been customers for years as we move every few years for work. Will no longer use Uhaul.

No way to rate the booking process but I’d give it a 2 out of 5 stars. Online will not allow you to select 6 days. Will show it but then switches at checkout to 3 days. Had to call a special scheduling hotline to change it. Apparently she just noted the file. Pickup said same thing and never fixed. Had to call back in to get it corrected halfway through trip.

Your online system sent me an email when I reserved the 9' van, saying that it was not available at the Grayling location, and that I would be contacted by someone. When I talked to the Grayling rep, he didn't know why I would have received that message, because the van was available. Here's the message I received: "Thank you for reserving a 9' Cargo Van with U-Haul Truck Share 24/7®. You have acknowledged that the equipment on the date and at the location requested is not available. You agreed that a regional U-Haul representative would call you."

I initially reserved the car hauler at a Uhaul dealer in Gaylord, MI. Thankfully I called ahead to confirm my reservation because the person at the dealership informed me they are not open on Saturday. Had I not called, I would have driven 8 hours to pick up a trailer that I would not have had access to. Uhaul made no mention of them being closed on Saturday, just allowed me to click through and reserve. After a short scramble, I was able to locate another trailer, but it was 38 miles away from where I needed it. A major inconvenience, and with fuel at $4 per gallon, a costly one as well.

Rental agent was a delight to deal with. She allowed me to delay the rental by one day after we had an ice storm on my reserved day. Equipment was in perfect condition. This was my best UHaul experience in many years! Thanks.

The girl who helped us was great. Extremely helpful. The U-haul online customer service and kiosk use, however is a different story. The 800 number customer service was ridiculously poor. We actually waited over a half hour and never spoke to anyone. We finally gave up on that and drove to the only open U-haul and only then did things get better. By the way, no other locations within 100 miles were open. Grayling was open until 6pm on a Sunday. When real people/ employees handle your order, only then do things go smoother with U-Haul. Your customer service sucks otherwise.
