Charge correctly. Now I’m sitting waiting for 3 transactions to fall off so I can have access at my money again. Uhaul has has charged my card 3 times for 1 rental. Then tell me they are sorry but it will take 3-4 days to come back. I will wait the extra two hours next time for a Penske truck to be available. 1/10

Only thing that sucked was we called to add an appliance dolly and they never brought it to the location but it's alright we made it work.

KENT RYes the truck was clean, the service was good. Except our truck broke down within the first stop, and had issues turning back over. We left it running the whole time to prevent another potential battery or starter failure.
