Easy drop off and great service.

CAROL RCharge correctly. Now I’m sitting waiting for 3 transactions to fall off so I can have access at my money again. Uhaul has has charged my card 3 times for 1 rental. Then tell me they are sorry but it will take 3-4 days to come back. I will wait the extra two hours next time for a Penske truck to be available. 1/10
Ryan DOnly thing that sucked was we called to add an appliance dolly and they never brought it to the location but it's alright we made it work.

KENT RYes the truck was clean, the service was good. Except our truck broke down within the first stop, and had issues turning back over. We left it running the whole time to prevent another potential battery or starter failure.

RICHARD AI was told by first location second location wouldn’t be open Sunday so my brother and I dropped it off with online instructions. Come to find out ii was open.
APRIL NPull your contract from the grayling Michigan location. The guy is rude and doesn’t know anything about what he’s doing rented a enclosed trailer that had a dolly in it and he wasn’t aware could have easily been stolen

NICHOLAS BI have no issue with the location. I have issue with added fees after i had made my reservation. So the pricing i paid was different that what my reservation stated. I was informed that those fees. Went into effect aug 1 ish. And she didn’t have a way to change them.. so that’s on U-haul. And i feel that it is a bad way to maintain customers.. i have only used you 2xs. But i will consider using a different service if this happens again.. considering we have 3 boys and 1 is military that we help move often- that is sad..

Douglas SThis trailer needs a refresh. Lots of battle scars from use and the sealant starting to separate between the fenders and the trailer. The decals are also starting to peel. It is certainly road worthy...just showing its age (like many of us!).

Jon NThis was my first rental experience with uhaul. The place I rented from in Grayling were incredibly helpful and thorough. They even warned us about the upcoming blizzard/storm to make sure I was aware. I will rent from them again!
Chet WWhen we arrived the previous renters were late returning the equipment. The worker went above and beyond to try and get them to return the equipment immediately, even offering to drive to their home and help them hook the trailer up. We were briefly inconvenienced at NO fault of the store nor uhaul, and we would definitely rent from here again due to the wonderful customer service received!

Timothy GI dropped off after hours, so have no info about this location other than the signage was clear and the location was convenient. But as for the after hours drop off, I feel like u-haul owes me a paycheck. The app instructions had me doing their employees job.
