Gas was 1/2 tank, back of van was gross. previous renter hauled mulch so it was dirty and smelled terrible. I spent an hour sweeping and spraying lysol. As for the location, it is in a great proximity to my home, but they don't communicate well on charges.

I picked up a car trailer to so I could go get a small Toyota truck. We got about 15 minutes down the road and ince we got around 55 mph the trailer started shaking violently. We pulled over to discover the trailer tire had separated tread. I immediately called to tell them I'd be bringing it back to trade it for a new one. Luckily my husband works in the tire industry but what if we didn't know any better or thought thats just how trailers tow? That could have damaged my vehicle I was picking up, the trailer I rented or vehicles behind me. The person who checked us in didn't do any kind of inspection prior to us hooking up nor did he do it after. He took 1 picture and we left. Just over all not an experience I ever care to have again and I will go out of my way to make sure I don't have to!!

Piney grove mini mart was a decent experience but I had requested my pick up and drop off location to be at u haul neighbrohood dealer off dickens road. When I got to u haul neighborhood dealer they didn’t have my trailer so I had to go to piney grove mini mart. I had email and text notifications on for my order and didn’t receive anything about my pickup location changing. The guy at u haul neighbrohood was rude and very unprofessional. I would give the u haul neighborhood dealer a -5 stars if I could.

The truck had many vibration issues and unusual mechanical noises. Windshield was broken. Wiper blades were broken. Fuel consumption gauge was unreliable.

You charged me 4 gal of gas 17$ for 26 miles. I reported this trucks problems, it was shaking and pulling. It Was clearly unsafe to be driven. I struggled to get it back. I did not have any opportunity to out 2 gal of gas back in.

The whole experience was pretty easy. Only thing that would have made it easier is if I could have just walked in and ordered the truck instead of having to go online. Other than that it was great. The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful, the truck was clean and rode nice. If I need to rent a truck in the future I'll be back.

With out a doubt the most dangerous trailer I have ever towed! Called the 800 number and was advised I still needed to bring it back to that location. Explained to the location how dangerous the equipment was and was told Uhaul would issue a $500 credit (this was on a $45 rental). Obviously a complete lie and they actually thought we believed them.

I had reserved 2 furniture dollies well in advance and they were not available when I picked up the truck. I could not move without them. I had to make several calls to find a store that had them and had to delay my move by several hours and go out of my way to get them. The truck cab has sand on the floor, a cracked windshield and some paper trash in the back of the truck and I could hardly raise the back door.

I will not rent from this place again. I needed to transport a vehicle to another town and I don’t have a pickup truck so the only option UHaul had was for me to rent a 10’ truck and the transport trailer. This was fine. When I returned the truck, the UHaul employee said he gave me a dolly and a blanket but he didn’t and he charged me for them. I would not have even taken a dolly or a blanket because I was transporting a vehicle not moving furniture. This is a rip off. My father was with me as a witness that neither one of us received a dolly and/or a blanket.

The back around where the trucks and trailers need to be cleaned up and trash picked up as the was a horrible smell when picking up and dropping off the trailer

This was the most confusing and unprofessional transaction with U-Haul that I have ever had. The provider did not inspect the vehicle with me, they did not offer any additional service. THe charged me for safe move , we never discussed this!! They did not inspect the vehicle upon return of the vehicle. When picked up the fuel was at 7/8ths full and when I returned it, the tank was full. No Credit for extra gas. I would tell anyone interested NOT to use this retailer.

Moving blankets were NOT available at this location. The truck was dirty both inside and out, and the passenger side mirror was shattered. Rent somewhere else if you can.

The floor of the U-Haul was filthy. The people helping us move didn’t realize and put our sofa down on its side. The sofa is now covered in a black oily substance.

The android app was a slow slow uploading pictures needed when returning the truck needed, but was able to continue after around 5 minutes. Just wanted to mention but overall everything was great with the truck, location, and app.

With a massive fleet of vehicles, it was disappointing that they had no furniture dollies that were added at checkout. Also, I was to return the vehicle to a grassy area which was filled with puddles of water and mud after heavy rain.

Was a sketchy gas station. When dropping off the uhaul, was told to park it behind the building, leave the keys in it, and I would be emailed a receipt when he had time to do it. No walk around. Someone could have literally stole it and he never would have known. I had to take pictures at the location to secure that if someone did steal it, I had proof of it being dropped off. Extremely poor experience overall. Truck also had issues on the 1200 mile drive. I would not recommend uhaul.

This location has limited hours for in person rentals. There were several glitches with the mobile app pick up and drop off process. The key for the requested truck were not available, therefore we were upgraded to a larger one that the Truck Safe agent was able to find a key for. Unfortunately that meant there was no dolly that we also had requested. I will say that the Truck Safe agent was great! He stuck with us until we were able to turn on the truck. When we were unable to upload the photos my husband took (during pouring rain), he was able to finish the pick up process for us so that we were finally able to leave.

The store manager was extremely helpful. They talked to us about the move and recommended the appliance dolly. It really saved the day and helped us move a couple of heavy items, including a freezer. Well worth the extra rental. We also ran over and needed to extend our rental and they made it simple. We really appreciate the personal service.

I rented a trailer for a cross-country trip. When I got it to my home the trailer had one of the car-wheel covers that was not functional because the strap was missing. I took it back to the mini mart at 8 pm and they switched it out. That was very helpful as I needed to move a car at 4 am that morning.
