With a massive fleet of vehicles, it was disappointing that they had no furniture dollies that were added at checkout. Also, I was to return the vehicle to a grassy area which was filled with puddles of water and mud after heavy rain.
TODD SNoone helped me to hook the dolly in the truck! Only checked after that.
NESAN SOwner was short and rude and demanding. Not customer service oriented.
LESLIE TWas a sketchy gas station. When dropping off the uhaul, was told to park it behind the building, leave the keys in it, and I would be emailed a receipt when he had time to do it. No walk around. Someone could have literally stole it and he never would have known. I had to take pictures at the location to secure that if someone did steal it, I had proof of it being dropped off. Extremely poor experience overall. Truck also had issues on the 1200 mile drive. I would not recommend uhaul.

DAVID WThis location has limited hours for in person rentals. There were several glitches with the mobile app pick up and drop off process. The key for the requested truck were not available, therefore we were upgraded to a larger one that the Truck Safe agent was able to find a key for. Unfortunately that meant there was no dolly that we also had requested. I will say that the Truck Safe agent was great! He stuck with us until we were able to turn on the truck. When we were unable to upload the photos my husband took (during pouring rain), he was able to finish the pick up process for us so that we were finally able to leave.
Robin DThe store manager was extremely helpful. They talked to us about the move and recommended the appliance dolly. It really saved the day and helped us move a couple of heavy items, including a freezer. Well worth the extra rental. We also ran over and needed to extend our rental and they made it simple. We really appreciate the personal service.

JONATHAN WI rented a trailer for a cross-country trip. When I got it to my home the trailer had one of the car-wheel covers that was not functional because the strap was missing. I took it back to the mini mart at 8 pm and they switched it out. That was very helpful as I needed to move a car at 4 am that morning.

William SCustomer service was so horrible. The lady at the register was so condescending and disrespectful. I will never rent or recommend this location to my worse enemy. The truck was filthy, and they didn’t care. They so reluctant to even sell me a drink. Only God knows why. Horrible experience.

William SOperator was unfriendly and dismissive. Truck had faulty tire pressure sensor. When we told the Operator he told us that he can't do anything about it and if we want we can put more air in the tires

DaVetta JSo the pickup location was a low end mini-mart with vehicles parked in the weeds. Only one person on duty and had to wait for store to clear so they could come out and help me hitch the dual axle cargo trailer to my truck. Also didn't have any packing pads available (other than some wet ones out back that were trash). First agent didn't speak English clearly and second guy wasn't computer adept. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Not that they weren't nice - just not helpful!!
edward gAfter I dropped the trailer off because of the text I received, I received a call later in the evening from another Uhaul location tell me that he couldn't receive my trailer as he had no more room. I explained that I had already dropped it off at another location. He explained again that he couldn't take my trailer as he had no room. This went on for three rounds. Finally, I hung up. Never have I received this poor of customer experience before all the way around from UHaul
MARK NThey charged me the insurance without asking me if I wanted it. The trailer had mold and mildew on the outside of it. I called to get a refund for the insurance that they fraudulently added but have not had a correction on it yet. I reserved online and denied the insurance at that point. It takes a lot of balls to rip off the customers like that.

STEVEN DRented a pickup truck. Was on E. Shop owner told me to just fill it up and they will deduct it from what I owe if necessary. I get not even a mile down the road and the vehicle shut off in the middle of the road. Had to walk back in the rain because the support on the phone tried to charge me $300 to bring gas out and was not willing to work with me at all. Once I finally got back to the mini mart, the owner put tiny amount of gas in truck to get off of road. Had to fill up truck $90 later in gas fees, I only received $20 and some change back from shop owner from first receipt when adding enough gas to get me to a station that was not prepay. The other 75 was never reimbursed and I had to complain to the shop to even get some of the money back. The cost of gas was more than the cost of the rental of the truck. The rental of the truck was not handled so I almost paid double just to be stranded on the side of the road and drenched in rain trying to get help. This issue also significantly delayed the pickup of equipment rentals needed for repairs at home and I had to come out of pocket additional funds to rent equipment for another day due to the significant delay at the uhaul pickup center. Was a disaster to say the least.

ANDREA MUnderstanding the process is streamlined for a return, but the associate initially was not going to check/ inspect anything. When I questioned him saying we will just charge your card on file if anything is missing or an issue, I said absolutly not, we will go over everything together. I did not want any surprises based o his findings if I was not present. He seemed less than caring about the equipment I was returning.

tom sFirst off she said we hit something in the truck and I told him it was already there I took pictures of the truck and they he said we was smoking in the truck there was no evidence that it was smoking in the truck my husband has medical issues so he had medical cannabis it was in his bookbag he charged us be a he thought he was smoking
