Process was very smooth. Called local site a day early to confirm order. They were open when I arrived. I paid and got key then rolled out. No issues.

The mini mart looked a little sketchy but I didn't need to do anything inside. Return was all done through the website and that went really smooth.

Rachel CWe were moving and it stated to downpour. The truck began leaking all over the ceiling into the truck and all over our stuff. We had things soaked and damaged and were standing in water in our unit. We had a tight deadline of moving that day and lost 2 hours going back to the place to get a new truck. Then upon return we had to pay for the faulty truck and pay to rent a new one. I believe I should be compensated for this and not have to pay. It is a disgrace that UHaul did not do anything for us other than make us pay for a new truck.
