The people I dealt with at the rental location, were helpful and did their jobs as expected. The deal went as expected. However, your information systems FAILED. As a software engineer, I am insulted. I have not yet been emailed a copy of my transaction receipt, which I was promised. The link that was provided, supposedely to receive a copy of my receipt, was a dead end link. I was not provided a copy of my receipt as promised. I gave the AVERAGE rating only because the humans involved did their jobs. The AI software system that powers your web site, on the other hand, IS AN ABSOLUTE EPIC FAIL . As software developers, you should be ashamed. I want my receipt.

Listen to the phone conversation I had but the location that I dropped the truck off. Your app at a price of around $34 plus $1.09 a mile to pick up and drop off at the same location. The app also said I could pay like $139 and there was no mention of any mileage whatsoever on the app. When I asked the guy at the counter, he said that’s because the mileage is already built into the price and that’s the reason it was $100 more. Now I’m getting a charge for $27 for miles I wasn’t even told about and I’m getting the runaround and the owner is on me to fill out a bunch of reports and call around to get it corrected when the air is on your side. Please take a look at my rental history. I’m pretty much done with U-Haul at this point if this is how you’re gonna treat your customers.
Darin FWas given a scrap piece of paper with license plates written on it. I had to find the truck and trailer, connect it myself, then load my vehicle myself. Given a link to a video how to do everything. Would have taken less than ten minutes to ensure I did everything correctly. What ever happened to customer service?
