I had a scheduled pick up at 3pm. I was very upset because I made my purchase online at 9:50am and when I got to the facility, it was closed (3pm). On the door, it showed that the facility closed at 2pm. Why wasn’t I contacted? Luckily, this location was able to satisfy my needs. They were cordial and quickly assisted me. Although the other company affected my pick up and purchase time designated for my movers, I appreciate this location and their support. I hope this never happens to anyone else. I will never purchase from that other location again and if I am charged for that location, I will hope this is taken care of immediately.

I am so pissed off from this experience. Completely unprofessional. I had already checked in on line and paid. This should have sped up the process right?! No!! I arrived at 9:00am and he took until 9:30 to give me the paperwork for the 6X12 trailer. Barely speaks English. He never left from behind the counter. He did not inspect my hitch! He did not look at my vehicle. He did not assist me in hooking up the trailer ( I am disabled). He stopped helping me no less than 8 times to sell lottery tickets to other customers. This is ridiculous. This location does NOT represent U-Haul in a positive light. Never again will I use this location. Call me for more details.

The truck had a cracked windshield and a high pitched sound before shifting at about 40-45 mph. It was alright other than that and the dent in the passenger door.

Interior of truck needed to be wiped down. Sticky soda or something sprayed on seat, dash board and floor. Windows had the be cleaned and driver side window wiper was smearing and needed to be replace. Fuel gauge almost appeared the tank was full, however, I drove 64 miles and gauge dropped to 3/4. Thought this was odd and knew mileage could not be that bad so I stopped and refueled. Tank took 10.34 gallons. Truck is estimated to get 12 mpg so doing the math, the tank was not full. Missing approx 5 gallons. I took picture of mileage and gas gauge before I drove off the mini mart lot. I took another picture when I stopped for fuel. I have my receipt as well for the fuel I purchased. Why i say its missing fuel is because Im expected to return it with a full tank. I probably would have been charged for 5 plus gallons had I not filled the tank. I understand technology in the fuel gauge is lacking but missing 5 gallons is a lot of fuel. So I over paid by $14 in fuel plus one $5 wiper. Truck and staff at Mini Mart was awesome! I'd rent again but beware of your fuel gauge.

We were initially scheduled to pick up a 26 ft truck at friendlys grocery in holly springs. Upon arrival at our scheduled time no one was there to give us a truck. We had to call around and find another uhaul. No one had a 26 ft truck causing us to get a 20ft truck making our move much more difficult. We spent way more in gad die to the amount of trips and wasted time with our movers. Very disappointed in uhaul for not updati g that the atore was no longer in service. Thanks to piney grove mini mart we got a truck. No thanks to uhaul we had to spend more money- very dissapointed!

Three trailers that the lights didn't work. No help hooking up the trailers and checking lights. I had to off loading blankets from the trailer before I could take it.

I do not have any problem with the Location. The trailer that I rented had a problem. Trailer was pulling to the left & snapping back to the right. Any speed of over 50 mph was unsafe. Any bump or uneven pavement on the highway the trailer became erratic. Possibly a suspension problem/ bad tires or week leafspring. This trailer was not overweight or loaded incorrectly. I called U-Haul road side assistance several times, on hold for 25-30 minutes. representative was absolutely no help to me. 2200 mile trip was miserable to say the least. U haul customer service needs improvement.

My original pickup location was friendly grocery in Holly Springs off Cass Holt rd. When I got there, no one was there so I called the phone number listed for that location. Gentleman who answered the phone told me that he isn’t there and I could hookup trailer myself but since I had no prior experience doing that I chose not too. He told me to go to another location and took over half an hour to get things figured out. The associate at that location was very nice and understanding. Very poor experience at the original location(6625 cass holt rd holly springs NC) I end up being wasting 2 hours.

After a bad pick up experience in another state, which caused our move to be delayed nearly two days, we had yet another poor experience. I called the drop off location to let them know that because of matters due to Uhaul, we were behind schedule and would be delivering the truck a few hours later. They were perfectly fine with this and said not to worry. We dropped the truck off and after we arrived home I received an email that we were being charged a large late fee for having the truck an extra day (3 hours and they didnt have it rented out for someone else later). I checked my bank and the charge had indeed gone through and it said signature authorized. I had never signed for this, nor was I made aware of the fee. It was never discussed. Luckily Uhaul is refunding us, but this location is dishonest.
