He discriminated against me and my husband we made reservations for a U-Haul and was waiting for the time we were supposed to pick up. Then he told my sister she shouldn’t be parking in handicap mind you she had a handicap sticker and suffers from epilepsy and to make matters worse he’s a minority just like me. He accused us of doing drugs and all we were doing was waiting for the approval of the U-Haul and waiting for the time we can pick up. I will be reaching out to my attorney in regards to this.
Brandi EThe Cabin could have been better sealed. While it was raining, water seeped into the driver's cabin and soaked us. Luckily it was pretty hot so it was pretty refreshing but if it were cold it could’ve have a different story and probably a very negative feedback.
Omri LThe people I dealt with at the rental location, were helpful and did their jobs as expected. The deal went as expected. However, your information systems FAILED. As a software engineer, I am insulted. I have not yet been emailed a copy of my transaction receipt, which I was promised. The link that was provided, supposedely to receive a copy of my receipt, was a dead end link. I was not provided a copy of my receipt as promised. I gave the AVERAGE rating only because the humans involved did their jobs. The AI software system that powers your web site, on the other hand, IS AN ABSOLUTE EPIC FAIL . As software developers, you should be ashamed. I want my receipt.
earl bListen to the phone conversation I had but the location that I dropped the truck off. Your app at a price of around $34 plus $1.09 a mile to pick up and drop off at the same location. The app also said I could pay like $139 and there was no mention of any mileage whatsoever on the app. When I asked the guy at the counter, he said that’s because the mileage is already built into the price and that’s the reason it was $100 more. Now I’m getting a charge for $27 for miles I wasn’t even told about and I’m getting the runaround and the owner is on me to fill out a bunch of reports and call around to get it corrected when the air is on your side. Please take a look at my rental history. I’m pretty much done with U-Haul at this point if this is how you’re gonna treat your customers.
