The truck drove well. The price was affordable, however, it reeked of urine. We had to spend 15 dollars on cleaning supplies to Lysol disinfect the seats and floorboards and spray Febreeze. The smell was then Febreeze on top of urine. Opening all of the windows only circulated the smell around the inside of the truck. Absolutely horrible. I told the man at the counter and he just looked surprised. That was it.

Was not asked if I wanted and coverage for the trailer. I did not want 5k coverage for the trailer but was charged for it anyway. I want my money back!!!!

Did not select extended coverage when I made my reservation and I told the person at the counter I did not choose the coverage and I signed a form denying coverage. When I returned the truck the clerk told me he was too busy to help and would email the final bill. After moving furniture all day I didn’t feel like waiting. Final bill was emailed and I was charged $28 for the coverage I declined twice. Feel like I got hustled and now I’m going to spend time arguing my case. Very Disappointed

Location was changed at the last minute. It took 30-45 minutes to check out. I was charged for moving blankets and didn’t receive them. I was handed keys w/ the truck # on it and sent to a lot to find it on my own. No one did a walk around for damages. The printer wasn’t working so no paperwork was provided to show what I was paying for. When I called back on 11/6/17 to let them know the lady at the drop off location informed me blankets were not turned in and I explained I didn’t receive them, the same young lady who took forever to check me out indicated she didn’t know how to fix this and told me to call uhaul customer service which I did.

My reservation was sent to this location after the original location I chose did not have the equipment I selected. The man working at the mini mart was the only staff on-site, and he was unwilling to help me attach the trailer to my vehicle. He said he was not responsible for helping me. I have never been to a Uhaul location where someone did not help me attach to my vehicle, check the lights, etc. before driving off. Luckily, my husband was with me and could lift the trailer onto my hitch, otherwise I would not have been able to do it myself. I felt very uncomfortable driving off without knowing if my hitch was 100% secure or not. After we had lifted the trailer onto the hitch, the employee did come out and look very briefly and helped attached the chains, however, I still did not feel confident about how we were expected to figure it out ourselves vs. having a Uhaul employee assist. Before we left, we were also told to just bring it back when we were done and back it up into the space we got it from, no final check out or help detaching as well. Very poor customer service.

Only problem I had is that there was NO Seatbelt for the passenger!!! In North Carolina EVERY seat MUST have a seatbelt !!!!

The person keeping the desk was rude and dishonest. He intentionally overcharged me on gas and did so without allowing me to recheck his view of the odometer. I'm very disappointed with this specific drop-off location.
