Nice location, but very tight parking. I parked the truck and went into the office and the young man there was friendly, but couldn't be bothered to get up to even go see where I parked the truck, check the condition of it, make sure I had put all the moving blankets back, etc. I told him they were in the truck and I do know he could see us on camera, but given the tight parking area and my having to do numerous moves back and forth to get the truck into the space correctly, I would have thought he would come out to assist. Again, he was friendly and wasn't rude, but just didn't seem to do much other than sit.

QUINEA PYes. I received excellent service Pinnacle storage.. After receiving terrible service at Securecare self storage on Shipyard Blvd in Wilmington, I was hesitant to give my business to and try using U-Haul services again. I am glad I tried again as the staff and services at Pinnacle services were exceptional.
DAVID TVehicle needs to go into the shop for repairs. Was acting like an ignition or idle air control issue. While taking the vehicle to the drop off location I had to use both the brake and gas at stoplights after being stopped for too long to ensure the vehicle didn’t stall out.

SHARON PWe chose this location due to having open hours on Sunday. No one was present when we arrived so we had to switch to mobile pick up per instructions on the facility door. We did this but the facility did not leave the keys so we wasted over an hour waiting for them to return. They said they were running errands but my question is why did both employees have to do that together since they were scheduled to be open! Very poor!

RODNEY FMake sure the vehicle is safe and road worthy. It was shaking and I was fearful for my safety. I think the alignment was off. Vehicle was shake rattle and roll.
DEBORAH BMandy has such a great personality. When I picked up the truck I was exhausted and not really smiling. When I left her office I had a smile back on my face and felt good. Mandy is definitely an asset to your company :)

Daniel CWhen I returned the vehicle ad went inside and handed over my key, the personal at the counter simply said "thanks". She did not offer a receipt. When I got my receipt online, I was charged for TWO extra days, not the one extra day I expected. I did not have the opportunity to discuss this or dispute this until after I left town!

Anthony JLocation is very easy to reach and the environment is so users friendly I highly recommend this location for the staff as well as the facility making a stressful transition very peaceful and loving.
Franklin bI understand why the online renting is so intensive, but I was really annoyed by it, especially the gas part. I drove 5 miles total and was being charged for like an eighth a tank of gas. Next time I will do this in person if possible. Or I'll use another location if not.
