I don't remember the names of the 2 young ladies (Pinnacle Employees) who were working the office on August 8th, but they were excellent. Very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. Outstanding customer service.

Michelle was a true professional and accommodating to our needs. The UHaul system was having issues at time of rental, she did an amazing job working through the outage and getting us on our way!

Kim PI reserved a trailer at a different location. U-haul indicated I would receive a phone call thee day before about the statues off my rental. I received no phone call. I live in a an ate with spotty cell phone coverage. I left my house with no phone call or update. U-hall did not send an update until after my pick up time, when I was at thee place where I reserved the trailer. No body was at the reserved dealer. My phone had no service and I went to a tractor dealer next door. They were very nice and let me use their phone to call the owners. They directed me to call U-Hall dispatch. Dispatch directed me to another dealer. I did get my trailer; however, it delayed out trip planning n by over an hope and a half. Disappointing.

Gabriel SPinnacle was great but UHaul was horrible! The self check in didn’t work and we had to spend 45 minutes on the phone checking in. Once we got in to the truck, the flat tire light was on. We checked the air pressure at the station in the parking lot and tire wouldn’t take air. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with road assistance to be told there were no providers in the area, and the soonest the tire could be changed was in 4 hours. Called U-Haul of Boone to see if they could switch out trucks. She told us there were no other trucks , she was not a mechanic, and she couldn’t help. We had to cancel, lost our movers, and had to rent a new truck the following day.
BRYAN SThe equipment we reserved was not even there. They had a bigger truck (by luck) and gave that to us for the same price. Luckily my husband is a truck driver and had no problems with it. The young girl in the office was supper nice and very helpful. She went above and beyond to help. Facility was very nice.
Rae STwo women. Offered absolutely no assistance. Neither of them ever got up from their desk. Told me just to unhitch it and leave it anywhere. I told them I couldn’t back the trailer up. And they just kinda looked at me. Told me they weren’t not allowed to help. I am a 68-year-old woman. I ended up backing and going forward 26 times until I could get it in a position where I could take it off. They did not even offer to come out and help me take it off when I told them I had a broken hand. Get rid of those women, or do not use it as a drop off location.

Jason CThey tried to help me, but they are new to dealing with rentals and somehow overcharged me and then didn’t give me the correct number of furniture pads so it looked like some were missing when I turned the truck in. I’m still try to get it sorted. Also my original reservation was totally messed up by logistics and I’ll never rent from you again- horrible experience all around! I’ll go straight to Penske next time!
