The young lady i talked to over the phone was excellent, and the next day when we picked up the 10' truck was also very professional and excellent. Although the truck drove well, all 4 wheels had what looked like dark grease marks going out radially. I took pictures of all 4 wheels. I've never seen this before except when a very excessive amount of wheel bearing grease is either leaking or leaked out of a cap. It drove fine though for 200 miles. At the drop-off location in Simpsonville SC, the receiving person also said he had never seen anything like that before.

Only 1 thing. There was nothing I could rent in Mountain City TN. Which meant I had to rent in Boone and pay for extra miles. Everything else went smoothly from the first call to pickup and delivery back to u-haul. Even the staff was extremely nice.
