The bed of the truck was clean, but the driver side floor mats were really sandy.

As I was moving in, I received a text that I needed to return the truck in West Jefferson, NC. I knew that the guy at the Bodenhamer St. location told me I could turn the truck in at any location so I didn't worry about that text (as the communication had been kind of crazy already). I dropped the truck off in Boone, NC at the Pinnacle Storage location. The lady there told me I likely could not turn the truck in at that location. I explained to her that this was the location that worked best for me and I did not have anyone to pick me up in West Jefferson. Eventually, it all worked out. I am submitting this as a survey response to say the communication, phone calls, texts were all very confusing and quite stressful. The people were nice, but it's like no one knew what was going on at any of the locations. I was wishing that I had used another company.

Dana DThe young lady i talked to over the phone was excellent, and the next day when we picked up the 10' truck was also very professional and excellent. Although the truck drove well, all 4 wheels had what looked like dark grease marks going out radially. I took pictures of all 4 wheels. I've never seen this before except when a very excessive amount of wheel bearing grease is either leaking or leaked out of a cap. It drove fine though for 200 miles. At the drop-off location in Simpsonville SC, the receiving person also said he had never seen anything like that before.
