The truck I got had been well used the interior had red clay mud all over the floor. The back of the U-Haul had red clay, mud footprints all over it. The front end was out of alignment. The ramp also hung up to where I couldn’t pull it out all the way. when I went to drop off, it didn’t seem like the person that was there didn’t have enough knowledge about the U-Haul process and how they work. She was like I just check you in and check you out.

Ernest RThe check engine light was on the whole ride, and the front left tire was low and they had no way to pump the tire up, I had a small Compressor but after 15 mins of my rental time it still couldn’t get up to the required PSI of that tire. Location was good, truck needs to be serviced.
