Customer service was absolutely excellent.
KATHY MWe were charged for 3 gal of fuel to top off the tank. However, we returned the truck with exactly as much fuel as it had when we picked it up. The pick up location never documented the fuel, but we have date/time stamped photographs to prove the comparison. Please refund our fuel charge!

CHRISTOPHER AI have rented U-Hauls from Pinnacle in Southern Pines before and always had great experiences until this most recent rental. When I rented the truck, it had a windshield sunshade advertising it was $19.95 per day, and I was charged $29.95. Additionally, I had requested the truck for 24 hours, and two hours before it was due back, the location called and informed me I needed to have it back 90 minutes before the 24 hours had elapsed. I had planned to have it back at the time due and was still in the middle of my move. I really appreciate the area manager, Joe, reaching out to me and resolving the situation and offering me credit for the price discrepancy. I would give Joe 5 stars for his responsiveness and concern.

PAUL SWe drove the vehicle 71 miles and filled the gas tank up afterwards. We were charged for the gas being at 1/3 of the tank when we returned it. There is no way driving 71 miles used 2/3 of a tank of gas and we filled it up. I responded to the receipt with my concerns and no one responded. I will not be using this location again. I've used other locations in my area before and had zero issues. This was the first time we didn't have a person onsite when we returned the vehicle and it resulted in an erroneous $60 charge that no one is trying to assist us with; fool me once shame on you; you won't fool me again.

ARCHIE SI have rented U-Haul trucks before and this was my best experience by far! Angie was there for my pickup and return and was super nice and very efficient. Truck was clean and in good shape for having 85K+ miles on it. The store was very clean and well organized while being in an easy in and out location. Nice touch with the free water and snacks!! Thanks for the great experience

JOSEPH DNot only was Pinnacle immaculate, the woman who worked there was wonderful! So was the customer service rep I called when my van I originally had signed up for wasn't there. It could've been a disaster I feel like because the van wasn't returned on time, but everything worked out great!
