Reserved a 20' truck at OnPoint across street. They didnt have it, even though I rented it a month in advance. Pinnacle was great to at least have a truck for me. They did not have blankets so had to go across the street to On Point to get those. Lady at counter was great. Truck worked well. Didnt like having to pay per mile though.

Jeffrey PThe local manager added a $25 Safe Move fee to my invoice that I did not accept through my App reservation. I declined the coverage. He refused to take it off because he said that "U-Haul requires the $25 Safe Move fee on van reservations." But the website says otherwise, and he never told me about it.
Jay JOwner was very friendly and said if I ever have any issues to call them and they would help me out. Very good costumer service.
