Everything was really good. My only suggestion is to increase the fan strength on the A/C in the 15 foot truck as it was really weak especially moving in the hot weather.

lester wIt took forever to get a truck, and the lady didn't know where the key was, then we had to call someone to get all the codes for the boxes to find the key! It was just stressful!

Christopher JReserved a 20' truck at OnPoint across street. They didnt have it, even though I rented it a month in advance. Pinnacle was great to at least have a truck for me. They did not have blankets so had to go across the street to On Point to get those. Lady at counter was great. Truck worked well. Didnt like having to pay per mile though.
