The employees at Pinnacle Scotts Hill have been extremely helpful and go above any customer service i have seen at storage facilities. And I have rented at many facilities in several different states. We did have a issue with the initial truck operation, but they were able to replace with another truck quickly. definately reccomend this location. for storage and truck rental

RICHARD SThe gas line reading was a little lower than what was showing on the initial take out, however I didn't notice this until I was some distance away from the facility, and wasn't about to return! Further, the latch to the cargo area should be explained a little to the customer on how to work, so that they're not pinching their fingers, etc.

Michael GWe relied on an agent to complete the reservation. The uhaul app failed to validate the location of site. Apparently the GPS pin is not quite aligned with actual location. The uhaul app also failed at a payment to book moving help.
LEIF ONo cruise control on the truck, brakes and handling seemed not well maintained.
Timothy ITruck ran very rough. Glad I only had 10 miles to drive. It would have been painful to do a long drive in this truck.

Jim GAccidentally filled it up to half tank instead of 1/4 tank of course they won’t reimburse you. Crazy they dint just keep it full. I think it’s deliberate. AC intermittently didn’t work. 100+ degree heat index not fun…

Douglas WWhile drop off location was not necessarily an issue, the fact that I was forced to change my drop off location twice and at the last location it took me 30 minutes on the phone to get the drop off location right in the system. Not a good experience. When I returned the truck at the requested location, the person made me change drop off locations.
