Michael TThe trailer was not ready for pickup. The trailer was missing the cabling necessary to operate the breaklights. I was directed by this location to travel with the trailer disconnected to a secondary location to pick up the missing cabling. At the second location, I operated the vehicle while a U-Haul employee tested the lighting. He said everything worked properly but when I inspected it, I discovered that the right light was out. When I asked abou it, the employee stated, "Not my problem, you can talk to Pinnacle about it." Terrible experience.
Ryan SI reserved a dolly which they gave to someone the day prior bc they needed one also. What’s the point of reservations if some can come in and pick up the equipment at anytime.
Bradley RU-Haul has excellent equipment. In my particular case, the trailers track nicely behind my vehicle. They are a terrific value also.
