The software again would not display the QR code required for the truck to be returned. It kept erroring out. Lori was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I had gone to the closest U-Haul location, and they were unable to accommodate me. I was so glad I went to Pinnacle and Lori is the best. She is extremely kind!!!!
