I want to be clear about the clean and well maintained question. The truck was clean. But the truck is very old. My move was a short one, and it turned out to not be an issue, but I wouldn't trip it further than across town. I heard transmission grinding at certain speeds, and engine load. This is no reflection on Pinnacle Storage, but U-Haul should consider retiring this truck.

We had an enclosed trailer reserved u haul didn't let me know this location didn't have one available and moved my reservation to a location an hour and a half out of our way. I talked with the ladies at Pinnacle and they went above and beyond to get us a trailer in time. A BIG thank you!
