Elisha BAnn was a big help when I returned my uhaul.
PERRY MDrop off was after hours. There was no contact with personnel so the answer is not applicable.
Connor RI want to be clear about the clean and well maintained question. The truck was clean. But the truck is very old. My move was a short one, and it turned out to not be an issue, but I wouldn't trip it further than across town. I heard transmission grinding at certain speeds, and engine load. This is no reflection on Pinnacle Storage, but U-Haul should consider retiring this truck.
