BERNADETTE BI had reserved a truck from another uhaul location. About an hour prior to pick up time uhaul called and informed me that someone had rented the truck that I had reserved. They found me a truck at another location; which turned out being much better! The guy at Pinnacle Storage was extremely nice and professional! The truck had a few battle scars on the outside, but did the trick. Would definitely rent from Pinnacle Storage again!
JAMES HThe online pickup and drop off were hassle free. Someone came outside to help me, unprompted, when I got confused opening the key box. I was pulling both pieces of metal and they didn't make me feel dumb. 12/10 would rent from here again.

William Nupdate cards to use to rent trucks because not everyone has bank cards and if a required down payment is acceptable. I went through 3 cards of mine and i was get upset because all cards had money but the Uhaul system is to bougie.

Seth APinnacle Storage in Fayetteville gets a 5 Star!!!!!! They were great and friendly. In fact they were so great when I showed up a day early prior to needed the 4x8 trailer to get some questions answered, they were so knowledgeable and friendly that I made it a point to come back to get the trailer from them although there was another U-Haul place just down the road closer.
