The score of “2 is not necessarily for Pioneer but for UHaul’s errors. I made my reservation at least 4 weeks in advance. Days before I received many texts asking to change my truck size and location which I declined. The day before picking up the truck I received a phone call from a UHaul representative asking if I would pick up at Pioneer instead for a $60 discount and 30 extra miles. I asked how far from my original reserved place which he couldn’t tell me. I said I would do it. Pioneer was over 60 miles round trip from my house and they didn’t have the dolly for me. I had to drive the UHaul to another location to pick up a dolly which they wanted to charge me again for. The free extra 30 miles was not enough to cover the long distance back to my house and the running around to find a dolly. Somehow when I returned the truck I was charged an additional $44 which I don’t know why. It’s time to look for another moving company for future moves.
