The young lady was very much self-sufficient. She was able to answer all my questions. When it came to hooking up the tow dolly, she had it set on the ball and taillight wiring plugged to my truck before I was able to shut the truck off and meet her at the tailgate. This young lady could not have weighed 100 pounds soaking wet. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Michael GThe equipment was clean but the smell of cigarette smoke was unbearable. We sprayed and left windows down but the smell was awful which made for a terrible drive ( over 1000. Miles) my sinuses are now all messed up due to my allergy to cigarette smoke .

Christopher CWhen I arrived to turn in the vehicle, I was told to drop the keys off in the Dropbox and he’d be right with me. I followed the directions as what he’d asked. When I came back in he then asked what I needed. I told him I had no phone service there. He stated that it wasn’t his responsibility but I could use the free Wi-Fi. At this point I could take the needed pictures of the fuel gauge since the keys were already locked up. I had to call the main office once I had service. It was less than necessary for me or anyone to be treated this way.

Debra SPaying cash seemed to be a problem.I had to pay a deposit because of it and didn't get it back when I dropped the trailer off at designated U-Haul facility.I was told I would get the deposit returned by mail and haven't got a reply.So that made me feel a little uneasy but otherwise it was a good experience thank you

Michele JDon't care about the next customer. I was cheated out of $30 because of the fuel Guage being wrong. I filed a request for the issue and nobody has even contacted me. I spent enough money just to rent the filthy truck should have been given back $30 for the fuel discrepancy. Uhaul is a very poorly ran company who treats their customers as if we are all just a bunch of liars. If I say there is an issue then there is an issue. Thanks for brushing me off and stealing my hard earned money. Never again will I ever use uhaul again. Probably would have had a better experience with a stranger from lift or Uber. Give my regards to the corporate do nothings who sit back and collect tons of hard earned money from the free world. Puh. Sincerely Tim

Jacob LThe guy where I picked up the truck was extremely nice… Very friendly! But the truck itself was really dirty and I took pictures of the vehicle and uploaded them before I took off. Additionally, when expecting people to make a two hour round-trip from there home destination, that should be comped in time and mileage. I had to fight for that.

LEON WThe truck was covered with snow and ice when I picked it up. I didn't get the extra miles I was told I would get over the phone by Dillion. The lady at the cash register does not have the personality to belong in sales.

GREGORY TWe arrived at 11:45am for a 12noon pickup time and no one was there to assist with rental. Told by cashier at store to come back in an hour or so, that Church service was running late so he (the rental contact) couldn't be there yet. Came back in an hour, still no one (we had movers waiting since noon at condo to pack up my deceased mothers belongings). Finally he shows up about an hour and 45 minutes later, and in no rush and no apologies. Spent about 2 hours waiting on this rental with my 2 young sons in the car. Then the moving blankets were wet and dirty. Needless to say i will never use this location again. Definitely not representative of my previous uhaul experiences!
Julie CWe were charged a $50 cleaning fee but were not told what for. We did not even know we were supposed to "clean" anything. I asked the personnel if he would like to check the truck before we left and he said, "No, everything is fine." This seems like the time to let us know about the cleaning.
Brenda BTruck was dirty inside and out. It was out of gas as well. My pick up location was change the morning of my rental to 40 minutes away. Had to pay for mileage I didn’t expect because of the location change. Couldn’t get ahold a person to talk about these issues.

William CThe mobile app needs alot of work. The app needs to be more user friendly and people need to be able to talk to someone in a reasonable amount of time to resolve issues.

KAREN NHave knowledgable associates working at all times. The associate was unaware how to check-in the trailer and was hesitant to give us signed documentation to prove the trailer had been returned.
Catherine DI had to unhook and push the trailer myself in the rain. I can’t believe that I paid over 300 dollars and had to unhook and push the trailer myself! Not good service and won’t rent or return to this place!

WILLIAM HWe were very happy with the service. He was very friendly and courteous. The only complaint that I had was upon loading the utility trailer, we found a hyperdermic needle in it. I think that the rental companies should check the insides of the trailers before renting them out.

Erica BThey did not know what they were doing. It's a very small place, and I doubt they have many trucks returned there. Additionally, I was ridiculed by some members of the staff and some of the locals for wearing a mask into the facility. Bad experience. Do not recommend. They should lose their contract with UHaul.
David PWe were charged 25.00 for cleaning fee which the truck was clean when we left it and we were also charged 16.50 for fuel when the gas was on full! Also when we tried to check in and get the uhaul by mobile device it tried charging us extra bc our total amount didnt exceed $100.00 so when we went inside the store the salesperson said that it was due to the fact the same truck was rented to 2 different customers! Little confused on the one, and also we were charged an extra $20-$25 bucks to use the self service method.....but we never self serviced ourself due to the uhaul companys own mistake!
AARON BThe strap to hold the car down was completely broken and luckily I had a extra strap to hold car down or the trailer would have been unsafe to travel.. I called them as soon as I found the issue and was told to take a photo so that I wouldn’t be charged. But I did get charged.. The girl was extremely helpful. Just wish trailer would not have been broken..
Robert NThey did not do a walk around with me when I returned the truck. When I got home I was charged another $82, $54 in late fees, which I understand because I did keep the truck a few hours longer but I do not understand the $25 cleaning fee. I returned the truck clean and with a full rank of gas. For my first Uhaul rental I'm not very happy.
Earl RFor one I rent the truck for 8 hrs and then get charged a $20 late fee when I being it back and only had it for 7 hrs and they told me nothing just changed me I will not rent from u haul again I will tell
