The young lady was very much self-sufficient. She was able to answer all my questions. When it came to hooking up the tow dolly, she had it set on the ball and taillight wiring plugged to my truck before I was able to shut the truck off and meet her at the tailgate. This young lady could not have weighed 100 pounds soaking wet. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

The equipment was clean but the smell of cigarette smoke was unbearable. We sprayed and left windows down but the smell was awful which made for a terrible drive ( over 1000. Miles) my sinuses are now all messed up due to my allergy to cigarette smoke .
