I made a mistake and didnt do the checkout process on my phone the way that I should have. I guess my phone didnt load properly bc the location i dropped the key in the box then it asked for photos. I called uhaul they told me to go in and ask if they could unlock the box so I could get the key back and complete the process they wouldn't let me. Someone told me that they would close it out for me and now I have been overcharged by over $100. Would have been simple if they would have just gave me the key back as I was early and technically still on my time. The uhaul was OK as far as being clean but the uhaul itself is cosmetically in rough shape and the check engine light is also on. It rode like crap.

Right tailllight did not work. Had to get a U-Haul rep in Goodwell OK to repair. U-Haul regional rep fixed the problem.

When it came to hooking up the tow dolly, she had it set on the ball and taillight wiring plugged to my truck before I was able to shut the truck off and meet her at the tailgate. This young lady could not have weighed 100 pounds soaking wet. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Michael GThe equipment was clean but the smell of cigarette smoke was unbearable. We sprayed and left windows down but the smell was awful which made for a terrible drive ( over 1000. Miles) my sinuses are now all messed up due to my allergy to cigarette smoke .
