Paying cash seemed to be a problem.I had to pay a deposit because of it and didn't get it back when I dropped the trailer off at designated U-Haul facility.I was told I would get the deposit returned by mail and haven't got a reply.So that made me feel a little uneasy but otherwise it was a good experience thank you
