My overall experience was below my expectations. Making my reservation was great, but I couldn’t pick up the day I reserved from the location I made the reservation. They didn’t have all the blankets I paid for, less than a tank of gas and as of now I still haven’t heard anything about the $100+ I was quoted for dropping off at a location that requested the vehicle.
