I was charged a full day’s rental for returning the truck fifteen minutes late. I think this is absolutely absurd and I will do my best to deal with your competitors in the future !!! This is not a way to attract repeat customers, poor service standards to say the least!!!

The lady is so nice and always helpful. Her little helpers keep her informed when anyone is on the property. Always open when she says she will be, unlike the one in Quartzsite this past Memorial day weekend. Highly recommend the lady in Parker, AZ. 2 thumbs up 👍 👍
