I reserved a furniture dolly when I reserved my truck. When I arrived at the location they informed me that they did not have one. This was a problem as I needed it and was expecting it. Someone should have let me know ahead of time that it wasn’t available.

I clocked my travel on the map and only traveled 30 miles in total. I was charged for 77 miles. That is impossible. I also returned the truck with way more gas than what was in the tank when I started.

I had reserved a 9 foot van; however, I was not informed by U-haul that the van would not be available. So, I had to take a 10-foot box truck. Which is much less desirable: noisier, harder to maneuver, and worse gas mileage. The staff at Plan B told me that this had been known several days beforehand. If U-haul or Plan B had informed me of this, I would have gone to a nearby U-haul location, who had a van sitting in the parking lot. I was very disappointed in this lack of communication. I specifically reserve vans to avoid the negative box truck experience. I'll have to re-assess using U-haul going forward.

I reserved a hand truck and moving pads but the location did not have these items. I was credited the amount. If a customer reserves extra needed material they should be available. Otherwise was a great experience

The left headlight didn't work and the tire pressure light was on. When I went to tell the guy who was in charge he brushed me off. The next day my father went to pick up a trailer from the same guy and told my father I had an attitude when all I said was about the issue with the truck I rented. My father was there the day before with me and did not notice any attitude. Please tell your contracted shops to be more professional when handling business please

Clearly UHAUL doesn't care to take care of vehicle problems. Repeat truck, message about tire inflation, told sensor needs repair but tire pressure OK. No working AC and passenger door not closing correctly. Repeat problems for sure.

Simply have really good customer service. Very attentive and accommodating. I live in Woodbury Connecticut and within a half a mile I have a authorized U-Haul renter which I do not use. I drive 25 minutes away to use the one in NewMilford at Plan B Tire .

i love the guys at plan b. theyre always fantastic. but holy fuck can you guys get some newer trucks? the truck i had was atleast early 00's or 90's ford. as a mechanic i can tell you (despite no cel on) it had an exhaust leak, a fuel vapor leak(probably fuel pump oring), inner tie rods were shot, headlights were basically unusable. also i doubt anyone will ever get back to me but i think i left my snapon pocket light in the truck.....oh well plan b is fantastic tho. excellent guys and tire shop

Not everyone is computer savvy. If I had wanted to do an online rental or an online return I would have attempted it to start with. Unfortunately the person responsible for the UHaul rentals at this location did not want to actually complete the rental or the return and forced us to do it online. We are older folks(over 60) and are not as computer savvy as folks younger than us. He did not check the van over with us before we were to take it. There was a chip and a huge crack in the windshield that we are positive he did not know about and when we told him, he did not offer us another van that was not in disrepair. When we asked him if it was safe to drive he told us that was on us to decide. We were committed to having to be someplace to pick up a piece of furniture and had to take that van. The worry and concern we experienced over the windshield while the van was in our possession would not have been necessary had the person actually thought the windshield was an issue and provided us with another van. Our rental started at about 5 p.m. on a Friday evening and our paperwork stated we needed to have it back by 2:30 on Saturday, not sure why we were not given a full 24 hours for the rental. When we returned the van at 2:30 on Saturday we were told that he did not have time to do the return that we should just trust him to do it later or we could do it online. We tried to get him to take the 10 mins to complete the return but he refused and kept telling us he would do it later to trust him. Seriously why would I just trust him. So we sat in our car and it took us about 30 mins but we got through the online return. I also did not receive an emailed receipt from UHaul for the rental return. I received this questionnaire but no receipt. And yes I checked my spam folder it did not go there.

From start to finish our experience with plan B for our u-haul Box truck rental could not have gone smoother. The service was outstanding. The process of moving that day was made easy. We will definitely rent A Uhaul from them again in the future.

We had two charges on our CC and one was for fuel. We only drove 15 miles and we filled the tank back up. We have requested a credit for the fuel - no response yet.

I had a bad experience with my online part of the rental. Changes were made and I was not notified till I called ahead of my expected pick up only to find the day and location had been modified without notice. Very bad experience this time. This had nothing to do with the physical location. They were fine and easy to deal with. But Uhaul’s online reservation system was a real failure this time. Caused me to have to drive an hour away to find a truck and nearly ruined my moving plans.
