Excellent, professional, helpful
ERICA GThe website would not allow to upload the photos for verification of the trailer condition when I pick it up. I was unable to take photos, or upload them from library, anything. The site specifically asked me to do this, but was not working properly to accommodate. Makes no sense.
JASON EThe location can be tricky to locate, down a narrow driveway - but totally doable. I requested two furniture dolly but was given an appliance dolly. Accommodations were made - discount and the offer to pick up the correct equipment at the local U-Haul main store some 10 miles down the road... Easy otherwise!

The only suggestion is DON'T MISS THEIR STREET! It's just before the BIG green "Plan B Tires" sign. I HIGHLY recommend this location,
