The entire staff at this location is very pleasant and professional. The location is immaculate and very well run. I had a previous experience with Jose at this location that did not have an available vehicle when I walked in on a Saturday morning. He went above and beyond to find a vehicle for me in another location and called ahead to make sure the vehicle was available. THAT is customer service. The equipment was first rate. I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone needing a U Haul rental

Michael AThe representative that I spoke with was sarcastic and had many other things going on at the same time he was trying to book my appointment, because he was another business running in the same location as the U-Haul . Wasn’t very helpful or understanding with my booking and took a lot longer than it should have, wouldn’t recommend that location to anyone
