The location can be tricky to locate, down a narrow driveway - but totally doable. I requested two furniture dolly but was given an appliance dolly. Accommodations were made - discount and the offer to pick up the correct equipment at the local U-Haul main store some 10 miles down the road... Easy otherwise!
