The truck that I rented didn't have a ramp to load items into the truck. I had to rent a trailer to get the other things that I couldn't get loaded. I was informed that the trailer rental would be refunded, and then when I call back to verify the refund. I keep getting the ruin around. The district manager is supposed to call me back. The stablishnent was excellent. The issue that I have is with uhaul app. When returning the vehicle after hours. The app never saved those pictures of the odometer and gas tank's gauge. I had to use the website instead after trying 7 times with the app. The App needs more work on it.Diana S.

The only suggestion I have, is that on the uhaul App, it should allow you to extend you rental in case you have tooâ€¦ I needed the truck a little longer than expected, and was charged a full extra day, but had it back within 6 hours of originally agreed time. If I had known I would have kept it until the additional days rental was up. All in all the rental was easy and simple to pick up and drop off! The location and experience with the Uhual representatives was good. I just got a bad piece of equipment. I picked up the trailer for a one from Pennsylvania to Florida. By the time I got to the first stop I kept noticing that when I broke the trailer would just slam into the back of the truck. So I checked the brake fluid reservoir and it was completely empty. Almost like there was nothing ever put I n. I tried contacting the uhual hotline but I waited for over an hour and no one answered. I also called in the morning before I departed and no one answered for over an hour. I ruined my brakes on my truck and would like to be compensated for the rental and the cost of new brakes on my truck ($650).Yunus B.

We made a reservation with the Livingston location in Allentown 2 weeks in advance for a 26' truck. We get there and they say they don't have it and send us to New Tripoli. When we get there they don't have it either. Waste of time and terrible customer service.Rodolpho G.

I was billed for 60 miles instead of the 30 I drove. I had to wait 45 minutes for the keys when I picked the truck up. I was told the fuel tank was full upon pickup but it took 12 gallons to fill it after only driving 30 miles. unless I am refunded a portion of the bill I won't be able to use uhaul moving forward.TODD N.

People were friendly here. However, I was told I had to have the insurance coverage. After speaking with uhaul customer service, after my rental and move, I found out the insurance is not a requirement. I did not opt for it in my reservation and did not want it at pick up. But had to have it in order to get my rental. Very poor thing to do if you ask me. Further more, the taxes and fees put my total rental costs about $50.00 above the initial reservation total....that's significant uhaul. 174.00 up to 227.56. ,Including 28.00 insurance coverage I did not want. This should all be in the total..not hidden. Uhaul customer care is just giving me lame excuses about taxes and not helping. Just give me my money back...you lied. I reserved a truck for one price ...I had to have the truck that day, when you add fees the day of it pisses people off.George S.
I was very disappointed that i coud not reserve the car dolly at this location. It was nothing they did they were excellent and very friendly. It was the uhaul system that stinks. I had to go back home again 30 minutes laterand call to reserve the car dolly. The one car dolly that they had could have been reserved by someone else while I wasted my time running around.Sal T.

I have used uhaul in the past maybe 2 other times. After this time I would not use uhaul again. When I rented a trailer from this location the person told me I have to pay preday which was around 100 a day. So I prepaid 5 days which was over 500 days. She said if I did have it for 5 days I would receive a refund and of course I didnt but I never rented a trailer and thought maybe they had a different policy for trailers.Tava B.

Originally reserved with App but when I went to pick up my cell service wasn't able to get App so I went in and picked up rental that way. They charged me for safe move but I declined it when I had placed my order and they did not mention it at all when I got paperwork. I also was told and saw the gas amount 5/8th's a tank. I went to the gas station down the street from them a 1/4 mile and put 5/8's a tank in. I got the bill emailed the next day with the 2 days safe move charge $28.00 and a charge for 8 gallons of gas at $4.00 per gallon $32.00. I called and spoke to someone told them about my issues, she said she had checked the tank where I parked truck which was on a slight hill and it was a 1/2 tank I told her that was wrong I know there was 5/8ths a tank and it should be pulled to a level area and checked. She said she would have someone get back to me the next day. I still have not heard anything from them. I got over charged $28.00 & $32.00 a total of $60.00. I rent from UHaul a few times a year very familiar with how it works I have never ordered the insurance (safe move) nor have I ever not returned a vehicle without the right amount of gas. We originally had a 24/7 truck share reservation set up for East Penn Self Storage on 4/21 @ 8am. We arrived at that location, the truck was there and ready, I followed the steps on the phone, and the transaction did not go through. I did not get an explaination why it didnt go through as I was with the exact truck, nor could I reach anyone who could explain why to me. So after I called we were re-routed to Plaza Hardware location, which didnt open until 9, where we were able to finally get the truck 1hr and 15minutes later. This cause a big disruption as we had movers schedule to help us load the truck prior to 9:30, and we were unable to use them for their services since the truck didnt arrive until after 9:30. The 24/7 truck share was unreliable and there was not enough client service assitance to explain or help with the situation.Trent T.
I did have one problem. When I picked up the truck the tank was only 3/4 full. I used 1/4 tank of gas. Because I had to return it with a full tank, I paid for a 1/2 of a tank of gas but I only used a 1/4 tank. I should have only been charged for the 1/4 tank I used.Joe Z.
