Andrew KMy pick up changed two times and I was upgraded three times to a truck that was too big for me to even put my stuff in. I was offered a 20 foot truck because my 15 foot truck broke down and then a 26 foot which was way too big and ended up with 10 foot that didn’t even fit my stuff it was a complete disaster. I don’t know who’s running this company now but you guys have to get it together there. The only nice thing was the gentlemen who tried to help me who seemed like he just started working there. Very disappointed.

LARRY DAbsolutely horrible customer service. I returned the truck early on 11/30 and confirmed 3x with U-Haul that it was being dropped off and when it was dropped off. Then come Monday 12/2, I get charged an additional day. After filing a claim same day for the inaccurate charge I then had to jump through hoops with multiple u-haul reps to get my refund. At the time of writing this review I still have not received a refund. The supervisor claimed he cannot send a receipt via email for proof either. Mitchell Rice the field manager was not on location or returning calls during all of this. Do not use this location for future reservations.
Kayla FDropped off on Sunday, they were closed. I was called on Monday around noon to see if I Dropped it off, I said yes Sunday at 3:39 pm.
EDWARD LI got a receipt saying everything was okay after my UHaul return, and then about an hour later I got an unexplained bill for over $800. I wish there was an explanation and more transparency in the process.
MARSHALL TThe truck was fine. But the checkin process was not. The online checkin process is probably cool if it works, but it didn’t work for me. The guy in the auto shop had to call someone to get me checked in. It took a long time. Once I got the truck it was fine.
