MATTHEW MPeople were rude and tried to take advantage of us in a difficult situation. The trailer we got had 4 different tires on it and only took us 15 miles before 2 tires blew out. Called roadside and got no help! Very terrible experience and I pray I never need U-Haul again! I would never recommend them and I will tell everyone I talk to in the future the experience we had.
SEAN MAllow the customer to fill out registration information prior to pick up. I was trying to complete the process until 1 am and truck damage could not be seen at night. Also. The customer should be allowed to return equipment to their location of choice. Returning the equipment today was a comedy of errors. Also the negotiated price was not the price on my contract and up until 3 days before pickup, uhaul could not guaranteee a truck which is ridiculous given your fleet size
