PAMELA MTruck wasn’t pulled out or ready. Hard to check out. Rented upsells (blankets and dolly’s not provided). UHaul app is horrible experience. Waited 30 minutes for uhaul to approve my digital rental despite early check in day before. Just a bad experience overall.
Ryan SThere was a tire pressure light on the entire time we had the vehicle and when we reported it on pick up, they put some air in but it did not turn off the warning. He didn't seem to find it to be a problem but we stressed it all day and kept checking the tire. We also reported to him that the amount of gas he said was in the tank was actually less that he reported. Could not have cared less! We were unable to get a printed receipt when we picked it up. Not a great experience and will never use UHaul again!

William AWe ordered a 10' truck, furniture dolly and 12 furniture pads. We received a 20' truck (not practical for our needs), NO dolly and only 6 pads. So not great.....
Michael KI picked up the truck and it had a flight tire. The service station filled up the tire with air and said to call UHaul if it started losing air...which it did and then it took another day to get a service tech out to switch the tire, delaying my move.
JOSEPHTHOMAS KOriginally booked 20’ truck at pocasset. Got message that it wasn’t guaranteed so I should go to Canal Tire in Bourne. Had pickup time for 8:30. Got there and the guy said they open at 9. So we waited the extra half hour. At 9 we went in and told him what we booked and he just walked off saying “we don’t got it” ! No explanation at all. He could have told us that before making us wait 30 minutes. He didn’t help us at all. So off we go to the pocasset garage and the man there was so helpful. He didn’t have the size we wanted but he got us in a 15’ truck. He was very busy but took the time to get all the paperwork fixed. Definitely not happy with all we had to go through.

Kenneth EU-Haul has always been my "go to:" for unit rentals. I was a bit disappointed in P/U Locations for a couple of reasons: First, I had appt at 9AM, (Fought traffics to get on "Cape" . The business wasn't opened yet and the manager was late "Strike One", The Uhaul ran "OK but not up to the standard I am used to. 3/8 tank of gas (much too little to get to where I was going. The manager was sow and very lethargic in his processing. Return location was fine and fast, that I had no problems with.

Joseph KWhile standing in the lobby waiting I overheard a conversation coming from the workshop. One of the employees(I’m assuming it was the gentleman that owned the shop) told a customer he had to do some “Obama engineering”. He then proceeded to ask “do you know what that is”? And followed with its called “nigger rigging”. I will NEVER rent another U-Haul while this place of business is affiliated.
Larry JOrganized confusion with returning trailer. On top of it, someone called police and I spent 45 minutes on the side of the road. Never again.
Thomas SThe person working at the auto shop holds the keys even though it’s supposed to be contactless. He then required that I pay for gas for the van even though it does not state that with drop off and I paid the mileage on it. I had to give him cash or he wouldn’t let me go. I’m pretty sure he is pocketing it.

David DRental location is excellent, does a great job. I would like UHaul to make more of an effort to be sure the equipment I reserve at a particular location is actually there on the day and time I reserved it. Too often even when I reserve months in advance, I am notified that I'll have to go much farther away to get the vehicle I reserved. This makes things very inconvenient, takes much more extra time. It's especially annoying when I'm paying for mileage.

John CYour mobile check-in system is a nightmare. In areas where there is poor data service such as this one in Pocasset Massachusetts it's extraordinarily difficult to fulfill all of the multiple requirements made of a customer every single time they want to use the mobile check-in process. I use a U-Haul vehicle at least once a month and I am sick and tired of the challenge that mobile check-in presents to me. So much so that I'm now starting to pick up trucks the night before even though I don't need them so that I don't have to go through the nightmare in the morning while I'm trying to get my day underway.

KAREN OU-Haul offered me $24 off to drop the rental off at a location 20 miles from my location, so I did. I dropped the trailer off at the location the night before, in a safe location, clean and with pictures; I then checked my e-mail only to be charged $20 for an “after hours service”. This is outrageous.
