My reservation was for 9:00am on September first. but the van was not returned my the previous renter until 9:20am. Because of the delay in picking the van up it delayed my arrangements with my helper.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation was great, I wish i could review U-Haul Specifically, and not the pickup/ drop off locations. UHAUL is the WORST. Night before they told me they didn't have the truck available unless i drove to providence Rhode Island. 3 Hours before return, they changed my return location out of nowhere. Completely unacceptable by UHAUL. Pickup/drop off locations were great.
