I don’t know how the hell you think. You can charge me that much money when I talk to the guy on the phone I told him how much driving I would be doing. I would go up to olympus pointe down a little ways make a couple of trips there’s no way I went through that much damn gas. This is a bunch of BS

SAMER HI returned the Truck on Saturday, but it was not checked in until Monday and I was charged for 2 extra days. Then I drove the truck less than 10 miles, but I was charged for 40 miles. I do not know why all of this occurred, but it cost me a lot of extra money. The people at Pocatello Tire were friendly though.
JUSTIN BI tried to call and call about extending and paying for another reservation so I wouldn’t have to pay in miles. Got transferred and put everywhere and didn’t get the transaction done correctly.
Lynnsie AWe were scheduled to pick up the trailer st 8 am, had a 12 hour drive after packing the trailer. Arrived promptly at 8 am, no one was there, no one answered the listed number. Had to call the regional dispatch to get someone to show up. Ended up not getting the trailer until 930. Pur us way behind. Had to then pay for a hotel as we couldn't arrive at the destination in time to get the apartment keys! Very frustrated !!
