I've been going to that u-haul going on 6 years. That u-haul is located at 5050 milford road in east stroudsburg. I've always admired the camaraderie the workers have for each other and the professionalism they have shown me and my wife. When we walk through the front door it's on a first name basis in a friendly manner. We have a lot of respect for Sabrina ( assistant manager) and Mr.Adell (the boss). I recommend to everyone that if you want a reliable truck, excellent customer service, and a easy in and out process. 5050 milford rd u-haul is the place to go. Don't say I didn't tell ya..you'll see (smile)

DANIEL DThis U-Haul is a Rip off or a scam for one day they charge my card $452 plus $121 plus $40 and there was no explanation and the staff was very rude when I told them about it and I questioned them about it. She told me to read the receipt. I am so hurt right now a lot asked for a one day rental Cost me close to $700. This is a sad situation and I wouldn’t suggest no one to go to this place ever again I will not rent another U-Haul from this place ever in my life and I suggest no one will because they are going to rob you for your money

ANTHONY SThere was an additional charge of 20 from this location stating mileage but we went from U-Haul to U-Haul. I believe online has to update their mileage based on U-Haul - location to pick up goods, to location to drop off goods and then UHaul.

ANGEL BThe truck we had needed to be cleaned and maybe updated, the truck couldn't even move without pressing the gas all the way, the trucks was super old, outdated and very duty.
SMAJL UI rented a van from them to move a bedroom set and a queen bed. I was told when I reserved it that it would fit in the van, I questioned it on pick up and they said it would fit. At this point was under the understanding from the original U-haul agent I spoke to on the phone days before and the person(Young lady very rude)at pick-up that it would fit. I get to my destination and sure enough it does not fit. I immediately called U-Haul and spoke to an agent about this. I had to make two trips to pick up the bedroom set and they the queen bed. I told them I am responsible for all the mileage except for the second trip but the rude young lady did not want to hear it. She billed for everything and the difference was really a matter of around $16 dollars. Now its in the hands of the my CC company and I told them I am not disputing the entire bill, just the $16 dollars. I had a $2500 dollar rental from them in the near future but now they lost it. Hope this was worth it. I will never go back there or recommend anyone there. My advice is just to be-careful…

MARY SThere are too many requests for pictures. Service was bad in both areas, it was raining, and overall the check in and out experience on the app was more of a pain then it needed to be. Locations were fine, not the fault of the businesses—it’s a U-Haul policy that is inconvenient for the renter.

DOUGLAS SWhen I received the truck it was dirty but I got charged a cleaning fee when I returned it because there were a few leaves. The truck I received was in bad condition on top of that but it was just a move stuff from here to there so I didn't mind that. I was also charged for insurance when I said no to the insurance. I did my reservation online without insurance and I confirmed that with U-Haul. I didn't ask for it to be at it or anything but I was charged for it anyway. I usually don't have issues with U-Haul renting but I will definitely be going back to the place I usually go

DONATO SI recommend Pocono auto shop where I rent my u-haul mainly because of the great customer service I've always received there. ive been a customer there for over 5 years. There was this tv show called "Cheers" and the song theme of the show was.."you want to go where everyone knows your name"..the point i am making is i admire how friendly and professional they are...high five shout out to the manager named Mr.Adell ,the Assistant manager named Sabrina..and the staff..( smile)
ALFRED MLocation and employee was great! Equipment was not up to operating standards indicator lights and brake system did not function. I would like a partial refund for this issue

ROGER MVery knowledgeable and helpful staff. Van was comfortable and easy to drive. Only drawback is small customer parking area but otherwise very satisfied overall. One note, the seat belts really snap back fast. You need to hold them when released so the buckle doesn't accidentally hit the side window.

MARCOS Rit is always a pleasure to obtain a U-Haul truck from Pocono Auto Service Center. From the moment I request a truck to going to the location and driving it off the lot. The staff has always been respectful, professional, and kind. I like it when I walk in and I shake the boss hand (Mr. Addell) , crack a few jokes with the staff, and Sabrina takes me through the paper work and computer log in quickly. I highly recommend them to everybody.
