Everything went great but if you want to improve (U-Haul) not the locations fault. Ensure that everything we rent on the website is actually available at the location before you let us rent it. I rented 4 items and they only had 2 of them. Not a problem and no big deal, but it’s an area you can improve on!
Masallah SThe wheel was wired on with a cheap piece of wire the wheel came off after we had a 1200 pound safe on it when the wheel came off it smashed my hand against the wall I was in a lot of pain I went to er had X-rays done thankfully nothing broke but lots of pain and bruises when my friend dropped hand truck off he explained what happened and no one called to check on me but it’s all good they will be hearing from my attorney. I could have been seriously hurt more than I was it was pure laziness and negligence on U-Haul part
