Rented equipment from there a few times before and every time it was a smooth transaction and they even had someone hook up and unhook the equipment for me I didn't even have to get out A1 service.

XAVIER JSabrina was very helpful in assisting with truck rental. Truck was available for rental on expected day and instructions were clear. This is my second time using this Uhaul location and I would recommend them.

MILES MNothing wrong with the rental location or equipment. The problem is with your ridiculous app - i wasted hours trying to pickup and drop-off my rental and that service needs major improvement. I will not be renting anything through the app again until there are assurances the app has been fixed. After renting for years and providing my ID, your silly app wanted to call a reference for confirmation - what kind of ridiculous request is this? You have my live picture and my ID - why on earth would you need to call someone at 8 AM on a Saturday - no one answered a call from an unknown number so I had to stand outside in the cold for hours until the location opened so I could pickup my rental - your app is absolutely terrible!!!!!

kenneth sIt's not about this particular location, it's about UHaul in general. I don't like the UHaul's practice of changing truk's pick-up locations for reservations made two weeks in advance. And make such a change at the last minute before pick-up time. And push me to travel exstra 25 miles to pick-up a truck from that new location. No respect to customers at all!

orlando mFirst off, maybe tell your customers the truth? I was given an estimate of $70.00-$75.00 on the phone AND when we picked the van up. When we returned it that night, my debit card was charged $118.plus,! putting my bank account in the negative. Not only was I over-charged around $40.00 BY YOU,(all charges were NOT mentioned bf hand), but, also an overdraw fee by the Bank. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed budget and every penny counts. Also, the van had not been cleaned and certainly NOT sanitized. EWW. We had to buy products and do so ourselves. And, the van was very noisy and jostling. Shame on you. We will NOT be coming back.

Jane EAdvise staff at this location to not just immediately accept debit/credit as form of payment upon return. When I went to pay they did not even ask me if I wanted to pay with my debit card, and just said they'd charge it anyway since I needed it to rent equipment. Not a good first impression and will probably not use this location again. Overall van was good and got great gas mileage.
