Been using uhauls many times in the past. This location office was difficult to find. No markings to direct you to drop off your equipment. Worker was not friendly.
JANICE HMike at Polar Bear U-Haul Rental is the best. Easy in, easy out. Equipment clean, ready, and easy to get to. They also have a car wash and fueling station. all tip top. I've let anyone in need know about Polar Bear. This was my fifth or sixth rental in the past years. My "go to".

MARY BFirst requested a van. Received a call 2 days before pickup and was told a van was unavailable in Redmond. Opted for a truck which worked out. The employees where I picked up the truck had nothing to due with the van. They were super friendly and helpful. Thank you.

ALVERAZ HI’m confused on how the mileage was configured for this rental since I believe I mentioned we were picking up this equipment to drive to Page, AZ in order to move our items to Redmond, OR. I again tried to confirm this over the phone but was charged for additional mileage after drop off. Frankly irritating since Vegas seemed like the only place to pick up equipment since Page doesn’t offer this service.

CLAIRE PLocation provides a mix of many services. As such it was unclear where the office was, where to find the correct representative or where to go to drop trailer. Having said that, the representative I found was professional and courteous.

ROBBY CI was quoted a price for a 15 footer, bix trck: 3 days, $285.00(+/-). My debit card for my bank account shows $454.00 removed! AND I RETURNED TH TRUCK 1 DAY EARLY!! I had to stop enroute from Redmond , Or to Vancouver, Wa 4 times... tire idiot light kept coming on with a message on the dashboard TIRE PRESSURE SYSTEM NEEDS MAINTENANCE. After ativingin Vancouver, Wa I was on a parking lot...parked and walked over to a coffee/donut shop... walked backed to te truck, put key in ignition to turn on heater/defroster.... truck would no start! Only click, click, click, click. Called roadside assistance. The bright spot in that whole day was a lovely woman named Clevesha whi helped me get th assistance I needed. The second bright spot was the service and that changed out the battery! Kudos to both people! My return trip was still plagued by the tire pressure idiot light and TIRE PRESSURE SERVICE/MAINTENANCE NEEDED. But the lie about cost for the trio was the worst!
NANCY BCouldn’t get into our reserved truck for 30 minutes because online check in process was not working. No organization. No adequate signage. No QR code for check in that the uhaul website asked for. Worker there didn’t know what we were talking about. Overcharged for gas when we filled it up adequately.

JOHN HThe car trailer was not available where the truck was located, so I had to go to another location. I ended up with my vehicle at one place and the truck and trailer in another. A real inconvenience to get a friend come and help me sort it out. Also, the supplies I ordered were at a 3rd Uhaul location, so I had to go to 3 Uhaul locations on the day of packing up my things to get the order completed. Very frustrating and wasted a few hours. However, all the people at the UHaul places were friendly and apologized for my inconvenience. The U-Haul traffic control person was considerate and gave me a few extra miles since I was over the allotment with all my running around.

SEAN MWe still did not get a link to making a claim for the mattress that got damaged in the move because of the grease or oil that was all over the bed of the U-Haul truck. Can someone please let us know how to make that claim? Thank you.
rusty wCustomer service at pick up was great. The only thing that was a minor issue was they were out of blankets. I was told an alternate location that was close to obtain them I did, but would have been nice to get them there.

WILLIAM SIt’s a gas station, I added gas before returning, I have a receipt, and then they say it was empty and charge me 105 for gas. Scam.
TYLER KI made sure everything was completed in the app. When we picked up the trailer the location had it has a one way and it was supposed to be picked up and brought back to their location. The gentleman kept having to call other people to confirm things. I had added two authorized drivers and they were not on the contract. The driver’s license information u see my husband’s name was mine. They didn’t confirm it and then collect my husband’s drivers license information. When we dropped the trailer off the gentleman said to my husband, that’s not for here. My husband said yes it is! This was a local rental. The gentleman then proceeded to be very grumpy with my husband. He didn’t check the trailer in until just before closing at 5 pm when we dropped it off before 11 am.

CHEYNE KVery easy to rent the truck online and the staff are very friendly. The truck was good but the windshield was dirty and there were some very long scratches that I had to be sure that I documented with new photos, online, before taking the truck.

On top of packing, cleaning, moving all my things...I had to download an app...respond to texts and emails, trying to sell me stuff I don't need. The locations where I picked up and dropped off the equipment were friendly and helpful! Uhaul used to be quick and easy...
DEVIN JMy initial order was created using the APP or going OnLine with a 15' Truck reservation placed for pickup at Ironside Storage, the next day an email was received with the Polar Bear location as the pickup which worked out great anyway. I had no issues with the truck at all. I rented the truck for two days over the weekend, picked up Saturday morning and finished Sunday night (returned that evening) with a scheduled return Monday morning 10:00 am. I used the APP Sunday night for the return drop off, all went smoothly.

MARCY EU-Haul company had everything screwed up as usual therefore they could not log in the return of the rental equipment on time. I had to call the 888 number at U-Haul to get them to straighten out their system mess.
