Upon drop off, nobody met me, I had to find someone to help. They didn't verify the trailer was clean and good while I was there, it was done after I left, and while I dropped the trailer off at 12:15pm, it showed I dropped it off late at 1:07pm. Luckily I was not charged for an additional day.
