The location itself was fine and we did not interact with anyone because they were closed when we went to pick up our rental. Our issue was with customer service. When we went to pick up our rental, it was a pain to try and figure out how to obtain the key For the rental. Customer service was no help at all and was super rude and actually ended up hanging up on me. We definitely will not be utilizing them again.

I have been to other locations in Poway and they barely want to deal with you, treating you like you are a problem. Not Sam, he was caring and helpful.

John HYou can first start with providing the equiment that was reserved also have the said equiment on site on time and ready to go I had to chase down my truck and trailer and go to different locations to secure them 4 hours late and $70 in Uber just to be told the truck was a original location that was a short walk from our home instead I am hiring users to play uhaul game what an awful experience you cost me$70 in Uber costs 250 for Moving laborer cost had no truck to load had to miss a shift at work out of my pocket extra 600+dollars because of your inept customer service I talked to over 20 different people with no help only transfer or hung up on I spent over 6 hour on the phone disappointed

NUALA EThe UHaul on Pomerado Road in San Diego is fantastic. This is about the online experience. I will never use the website or app to book an appointment again. I used the website and booked a with the store on Poway Rd as I thought they were larger and would have what I wanted. The website took my reservation for the date that I wanted, but the time availability was not as early as I wanted so I called the store. I'm glad I did as they let me know that they didn't even have one of the 5x8 enclosed trailers on the lot. That is when the store on Pomerado came thru for me, thanksfully! Also, after picking up the trailer, I had to drive by the Poway Rd store and they did have one of the enclosed trailers that I had wanted. I'll also not use them again either.
