Tell the manager of the store to quit trying to get money from people who got their trailer stolen. certifiably stolen. I was contacted multiple times about "late" fees when my trailer was stolen for 3 days. The store employee Sam was awesome, he even lent me a trailer pin for me to use since mine was taken, in order for me to return the trailer to his location. His manager on the other hand seemed to have him gather money from me for my trailer being "late"

Don't allow people to choose Solana beach as a drop off location on your website. Showed up to drop it off at this location where they don't accept trailers and it was a pretty huge hassle trying to figure it out from there. Especially after driving for 20 hours. I'd actually like a refund for not being able to drop off at my specified location and no one telling me otherwise prior to my trip but I know that won't happen.
