Nothing. Service and experience were excellent!!
Boganey AInteractions with Sam and Martin were excellent. The truck only had 27k miles so we were excited to be able to make the very long roadtrip from California to Tennessee without much trouble. However, within 20 miles the dash warning lights went on. Autozone diagnosed and corrected the issue quickly, so on we went. Then several hours later the dash lights went crazy! This was now 1am, and we had to wait until 9am before the Uhaul technician finally arrived (even though there were several 24hr repair places in the city we were stranded in, Uhaul had to wait for their own people to open up shop the next day, and then they sent someone from 2 hrs away!). This caused us to miss our pre-paid hotel reservation, and threw off our entire schedule. Luckily the hotel shifted our reservation without charge, and our loading/unloading crews were gracious and flexible. So on we went, only to have it happen again the next day, with the same diagnosis and solution. After the 4th time with the same experience, we finally began ignoring them and made the rest of the trip without further delay. We were very pleased that Uhaul gave us a hefty discount and some extra days at no extra charge.
WILLIAM RSam always has the truck I need and is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location.
ROGER RThey were supposed to open at 8, I got there about 8:05, and the building was locked up. About 5 minutes later a couple walked up, each with a plate of food. They opened the door and took the trailer. The location for the trucks and trailers was fairly small making it difficult to turn around.
