Truck was awful. Climate control lighting was not operational, making night driving a challenge. Also, the Check Engine light was on and the truck seems to have a massive exhaust leak.

Carlos CThe man that helped us get the van was pleasant and very helpful . The OLD man that hand in ed the return, was a complete jerk. He was extremely rude and just yelled, and would not listen. He even accused me of stealing the key to the truck because the key fob did not have a key and he did not understand.he would not even get he lazy butt out of the chair to check the truck in. Just one rude and bad experience. If he knew anything about cust' service like the gentleman did, he might not ruin it for everyone

MARY OI have filled the gas and topped off right before I handed over the vehicle back to the location. Still they charged me for gas. It’s fraud.

IBRAHIM NI had filled the gas prior to returning the U-Haul truck but I had received a call back the next day that the truck was only half filled. I have documentation and pictures that I refilled the gas to 3/4 tank. I will need to get in touch with someone regarding this issue.

IMTIAZ ARental pick-up location: Poway The reservation made 12/8/2024 was not honored for 2/16 /2025 in Sorrento. I was told that if I wanted truck I would need to drive to a different location farther away; they might have a truck available. I drove and picked-up a truck. The person there did not do a walk-thru of the truck, which would have identified that it was filthy. The request for pictures was sent after we reached our residence and had parked the truck for loading. This is the second time a reservation has not been honored. I won't try you again.

RODRIGO AThis location was pretty easy to find, but it was a little intimidating pulling a trailer into a dead end alley filled with trucks. Definitely a little tight, but I appreciate that there are constraints and costs associated with large lots. The employee that greeted me was helpful and helped me navigate the vehicle and turn my trailer around.

DAVID WI organize a charity golf tournament every year and need a Uhaul to transport raffle prizes from Costco to the event venue. Pomerado Rentals has been my go-to location for the past several years. Sam and his family always ensure the Uhaul pickup and dropoff go quickly and smoothly, and I've never encountered a problem with the truck or service. I highly recommend this location for all of your local Uhaul needs!

Nicholas AThe truck was an absolutely worst condition possible, the gear box would frequently jam and thr steering was very loose ( dangerous and unsafe), the mirrors were difficult to adjust. The vehicle was close to 150k miles and should have been retired long back.

STEVEN KReserved a truck for self-pickup at 8am, I go there 15 min early to ensure I had time to go thru the process. They keys were not in the box, I was told the office opens at 8 so they don't use the boxes for that time. If I had been able to, the van was inaccessible anyway. The attendant couldnt get it out and had to assign a different truck. Over all though he was friend and professional and it was a good truck.
