The trailer rented was not maintained for road safety. The ball hitch receiver was rusted and did not torque properly to keep the hitch from falling off the ball hitch. There were no safety chain retainers, the pool store had to install them & the cargo door lever had no safety latch and the door opened on me when I hit a pothole. Thankfully a passerby notified me while I was driving down the highway the cargo door was open. Very dangerous for others and my personal safety & property. Unacceptable!

David STha u-haul represented was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m great full there is a u-haul here in Hertford. We were in a time crunch for picking up furniture. I would highly recommend them.
