The rep did not explain the late fees to me whatsoever. It would have been nice to know that when I purchased the insurance, the late fees and daily rate would have applied with them as well and that I needed to turn the vehicle in the morning to be not charged another full day. My late fees were WAY more than what I thought it would be. Very poor relaying the information to me to help me understand late charges. I was very disappointed with this. The only reason I gave an average rating is because they gave me some free time since I had to travel to get my vehicle. Overall though, I was not happy with my experience with Uhaul on this matter. Things could have been explained to me better. I feel I got ripped off in the end.

STEVEN LU-Haul at our pickup in NV added 2 extra days on our trip. U-Haul in Casper called us before we even arrived to our destination wanting the truck back. Harassing us twice a day. It was awful. I told them and it didn't matter. They said nothing was on the computer. They had to look at comments per Elizabeth. They would not leave us alone.
