How U-Haul Reviews WorkI got the car loaded and was doing my pre-trip inspection before I left discovered the brake fluid was completely empty and by the time U-Haul got back to me on a replacement I had to wait till the next day delaying my trip almost 24 hours costing me a extra day of unpaid time off I am very unhappy with this experience. I reserved this trailer almost 2 weeks in advance trying to eliminate any delays, but I guess that didn’t work

Christopher WThe reservation system is terrible. I did all the reservation online and when we went to pick up the equipment we had to spend extra time for them to re-enter all the information with the exception of my credit card. The staff was apologetic, but we thought since all the details were already entered we would be able to just pick up the truck. We asked to leave the auto trailer for pick up later and they were very helpful with both unhooking and re-hooking it up when we came back.
