No direction for drop off, there wasn't anyone around to help for drop off, not any signs explaining what to do or where to park.
STEVEN LU-Haul at our pickup in NV added 2 extra days on our trip. U-Haul in Casper called us before we even arrived to our destination wanting the truck back. Harassing us twice a day. It was awful. I told them and it didn't matter. They said nothing was on the computer. They had to look at comments per Elizabeth. They would not leave us alone.
