My experience with this location was very disappointing. First, the rental office is located inside a smoke shop, and the surrounding area did not feel safe. The customer service was poor. It took approximately 30 minutes to receive the truck, and the staff added furniture pads and dollies to my rental even though I did not request them. When I received my final bill, I noticed discrepancies with the recorded starting and ending odometer readings. The readings on the invoice did not match the information provided at pickup and return, resulting in additional charges, including two fuel-related fees that I believe are incorrect. Because of these billing discrepancies, I will be contacting my bank and the appropriate customer service channels to dispute the charges and seek a resolution. Will no longer look to your services as this was a total scam.

Very scary area. I was with my daughter to pickup and almost didn’t want to get out to pickup u haul. I needed it so I had too. Not a safe neighborhood especially for a woman.
Kary OI ordered & paid for 1 dozen moving blankets which were not available. Was told they'd be removed from my bill & There was also a dolly charge, which I did not order and was not in the truck. I was billed for both. I waited 45 minutes from my pick up time for the person to arrive with keys.
