They never gave me a contract like I get every other time I rent a U-Haul, I was told to take a picture of the fuel gauge and fill it back to there. I took a pic showing it was a 1/4 tank, I bought 4 gallons to refill it to 1/4 tank when I returned it and they still charged me for fuel.
John SThe person who received the return did not know anything about U-Haul returns. We did not receive a receipt for our return. We had to take pictures of the equipment that was returned and the mileage and gas level upon return.
