Washing the truck and removing all the bugs and filth off the windshield would be helpful. Dirty furniture pads. Not helpful with white furniture! Had to go buy clean ones!

Jeffrey AClean the office it smelled like cat piss. It was cluttered and disorganized. The lady was pleasant to speak to however the office smelled so bad you needed to step outside to get your breath.

The fact that U-Haul called less than 24hrs before my rental to tell me the van was not available and I was forced to take a 15' truck (3x the size I needed). This large truck took over $100 in gas to travel 260miles, more than double what the van would have used.

Sean GI arrived to drop off the equipment prior to the posted closing time. However, the location had already closed so I had to use the after hours drop off procedure. In my opinion, the after hours drop off procedure has too many required steps.

But I had a bad experience with uhaul this time I started at Rockport who sent me to corpus Christi who sent me to greagory who finally sent me to a location I needed to go to ..then when I went to the drop-off location on my contract the man there wouldn't even look at the u-haul to let me know if I would have been charged for it's condition or how much gas or if there waS any damage That I would be charged for I have no I deal if I am gonna get my deposit back or not and on top of that the man acted like he didn't care at all that I wanted him to do his gob and Check The uhaul I am very disappointed In this man's lack of professionalism and his snobby additude to me and my concerns about my deposit being returned. I hope there was no damage to the u-haul equipment after I dropped it off that I will be charged for due to this man not doing his job effectively... I would hope that uhaul will address these issues so Noone esle has the experience I had this time around
