Staff on site were rude and not interested in providing any type of customer service. I was given back the wrong driver's license, no apology or concern by your representative, It took 45 minutes to return the rental.

greatly improve the site where employees can access and enter information. it was very slow to update both in getting the truck and leaving the truck. Also the site which i received in an email, check in before i left, would not open or kept timing out.

I have never had a problem with this location before. When I picked up the truck the check engine light was on, they told me they were aware and it was just the oil needed to be changed. We took the truck when we got on the high way the front end was so bad my husband could barely keep the truck in the driving lane with both hands on the wheel. the truck should not have been rented out at all, it is NOT ROAD worthy! I called them in Portland to see if we could get another truck somewhere along our route they told me they would try. I am very disappointed we needed to deal with a truck that was not safe and pay for it with no one to address the problem. I would really like the opportunity to discuss my experience with someone who cares about the safety our the people who rent your products. Not a happy customer.

The trucks steering was very “sloppy” making it more of a challenge to drive safely. The transmission light came on as I was returning the truck. The pickup process was unnecessarily slow and complicated since I had already provided my information when doing an online reservation.

I was billed an entire extra day for rental, insurance and a trolly when I arrived one hour past the time I had estimated. The rental was supposed to be for a day. The web site did not state that exceeding the estimated time would incur an extra day's rental. I had the truck got 5 hours. I would not use U Haul again. Very disappointing. Deceitful billing practice.

Truck had a check engine light on and smelled terribly of burning oil through the entirety of my rental. It didn’t die though, and made it back to U-Haul.

Gas stations and Uhaul should not be combined together. The workers were so busy and it looked like they did not know what to do. it took forever just to get the key to the rental truck.

One major complaint that I do have from the experience is that the vehicle lacked a ramp that I had expected to facilitate the moving process. Typically with the larger vehicles there is some sort of ramp that you can detach. I was able to get by without one but it was a major and very unexpected inconvenience. Otherwise the vehicle was cleaned and well maintained and customer service exceptional.

This was NOT the location we had wanted, but were left with no choice when a truck was not returned on time to the location in our town. The truck's engine light was on. When calling to get advice on how to proceed, we were told "don't worry about it". Not the reassuring answer when preparing for 2 hr trip! Spent over an hour on hold to 1-800 number. Customer service agent was very nice. For all our aggravation, she said she put through a $50 credit on our bill. I do not see that on invoice. Man at station who took in truck was not very pleasant.

When I arrived for my 8:30 pick up my truck had been swapped out to someone else. This prevented them from being able to see my rental. They had to call and this was supposed to be CONTACTLESS and it was not I was brought in store and made to wait 40 minutes!!!! Never again will I go to anywhere but haul facility

This was convenient because it’s where my storage unit is. The people here are always pleasant and helpful. Check out was quick and easy. Uhaul did a great job of estimating my mileage. Between stopping for lunch and getting off the highway for gas, I had 12 miles to spare when I got to my final destination and didn’t have to pay for more. This was helpful in managing a budget for moving.

The company tablet was not working properly which forced the clerk to use a cell phone to complete the check in process. Added a little extra time at check in.

Service was very prompt and attendant knew policies which helped me make decisions on insurance, blankets, supplies, etc. only thing it would have been nice to clear windshield of snow and ice we had earlier in the week. All else was great thank you!

Hours said were open till 10pm. Dropped off at 6pm and only employee was convenient store worker who first told me to watch the store and he would check truck in but then changed his mind and said just put the key in drop box and i would be all set. Next morning I get a email that I was being charged and additional $15 for not filling tank to 1/2 like it was when I picked it up. Speaking to female employee (Brittney?) she said she looked at it and it was just under the 1/2 tank. I told her that is where it was when I picked it up. I then asked so its my eyes versus her eyes. I was then told they could not credit me and I had to call the national phone number. I was put on hold 6 times in a 5 minute call. Eventually during the last hold I hung up and call the 1-800 number and spoke to a CS rep who then apparently contacted the drop off location and then came back on the line and gave me my credit. Uhaul was great. Drop off location was not.

I wasn’t spoken to regarding drop off but over heard her on phone saying I was trying to drop it there and shouldn’t be. I handed her the keys and left. After the 1 1/2 to pick up I was not dealing with a mess again at drop off

Cab was filthy dirty when I received the truck. To the point I purchased disinfecting wipes to clean the truck on my trip. When I returned the truck, I worked closely with an associate to make certain all of my obligations were complete. Was never told that to avoid a $25 fee, the truck bed had to be clean. I did move some trees and there may have been a few leaves left in the cab. Had I know about the fee, I would have certainly removed the leaves. Associate never told me In any case, it might have taken two minutes to remove the leaves. Totally unfair that I was charged $25 to clean the cab.

The tail light was out, water got in the uhaul and got my stuff wet, the windshield was cracked. They never went over contract. I paid for 2 days and got charged 3. The man who called me was very rude and disrespectful hung up on me twice.

I selected a different location and was assigned this location. The manager was not wearing a mask and coughing recklessly indoors and would not wear proper PPE. This was not contactless at all. I asked him to wear his mask and acknowledge his actions and he instead took a phone call and talked about his workers negatively in front of his other staff and his customers. I asked to wait outside and was told I couldn’t. I had to wait 20 minutes to get the keys to the truck despite checking in on my phone. The truck equipment was very difficult to operate. The power steering seemed non existent and it was extremely frightening, but I did not want to engage with the manager again. I personally feel like I deserve a discount because of this lack of regard of my safety (infectious disease and poor mechanics).

Beware, this "location" is a parking lot with a key drop box. You can not check your rental in at this location without a functional gps, camera, and mobile data connection. The gps on my smartphone is broken. This prevented me from checking in my rental online. I was on hold for 45 minutes trying to reach u-haul and then I ran out of cellular minutes for the month. I had to borrow a stranger's phone and mobile data to check in my rental. This was not easy to do during a pandemic. This was incredibly frustrating. When I booked the rental, there was no indication that this location had no staff. I thought it was a store. There should be an alternative way to check in at this location or at least some indication that a gps, camera, and mobile data connection are required if you are going to check your rental in at this location. Because I wasted over an hour and a half trying to check in my rental, I missed a very important appointment.

Mobile pick up still involved me going into the location to pick up the key. With previous mobile pick ups at other locations, the key was locked in the truck and I was given a passcode. Also the gentleman asked me to step aside and wait so he could wait on his convenience store customers. In a COVID-19 situation, I was in the location way too long.
